The Smart Leadership in Action Journal is a 100-day journey of personal discovery and application to help you be a Smarter Leader. This Journal was created as a companion for the book, Smart Leadership. However, it can be used separately.

It will guide you through many of the key principles and practices outlined in Smart Leadership. The content is organized into individual, bite-sized lessons. You can do the lessons daily, weekly, or as needed – by yourself or with your team! There are questions in each lesson – and I believe there you will find the greatest value. The questions are intended to help you internalize the content.

This journal will guide you to think deeply about your own leadership practices. You will also be challenged to exercise your agency and make four Smart Choices. The choices you’ll explore and their accompanying best practices can be signposts on your journey throughout your career. Invest the time and energy to do the work and your success is not likely… it is inevitable!
