I love talking to young leaders, and it seems as though I'm the first one in many cases to tell them that we are the architects of the future.

So here's my question for you... when you close your eyes and dream about the future of your team or organization, what do you see? What is it that you are trying to accomplish? What are you trying to become? Can you see it? Can you help others see it?
