One of the things I've been thinking about recently is how you and I can emerge from the pandemic stronger than ever.

I'm convinced that one of the things we are going to have to do is to make the first Smart Choice, from my book, Smart Leadership: Four Simple Choices to Scale Your Impact, to Confront Reality.

Only when we do that can we lead from a position of strength.

This is not a one-and-done type scenario. This needs to be a lifelong pursuit.
