If you and I could sit down and have a cup of coffee there are so many things I'd like to talk to you about.

One is this growing awareness that I have about the number of leaders in the world who are unwilling to confront reality.

I think you and I could agree that if we want to lead from a position of strength, we need to be grounded in truth.

So, what's up?

For today, I want to leave you with a question: Are there areas in your life and leadership where you've been reluctant to confront reality?

Imagine what would happen to your impact if you were willing to be grounded in truth in all areas of your leadership.
